what exactly I was saying:
unlike the rest of them that knew you then. Always you were quick to jump up beside me, and follow me everywhere. Through the hot summer winds we trekked, our regular picnic spot awaiting our starved and exhausted arrival. And always it changed with every year. Shrinking in magnificence, in size. Now I visit the same park and see it only ever was the size of a wooded children’s playground. I watch the bats fly overhead—excited for evening— and remember how you would shiver in fright, but cling to me still, loyally. |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces.
